How to access to our services?
Step 1: Make Appointment

Select the Services, Date and Time
Log in using your email.
Step 4:
Complete the pre-registration form and sign PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
Step 3:
Fill up your name, phone number and choose your medical concern.
Then fill up your debit / credit card number. (Payment will be done later after the consultation session ends)
If you choose for Telemedicine
After Completion of Making Appointment
Step 5:
You will receive a confirmation email with link for telemedicine.
Step 6:
On your appointment date, click the Video Call Link.
If you choose for Home Care Services
After Completion of Making Appointment
Step 5:
You will receive a confirmation email with link for telemedicine.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine connects doctors, pharmacists or with patients. We can reach patients regardless of where they are and for patients who are not able to reach doctors due to immobility.
2. Why do I need to provide my debit/credit card number during registration?
The debit/ credit card number is needed to secure your booking slot. Payment is not charged during the registration.
3. How do I pay for my telemedicine?
Payment will be charged on the debit/credit card provided earlier after the end of the telemedicine session.
4. Is telemedicine available on mobile phone?
Yes, once you receive the confirmation email, you can access the video link through mobile phones or computer on your plotted date.
5. Can I cancel my appointment?
For a physical home visit, you can reschedule up to 1 hour before the visit. A surcharge is applicable if cancellation is done last minute.
For online telemedicine, you can reschedule up to 1 hour before the slot. If you would like to cancel your appointment after it has been confirmed, a surcharge will be applied.
6. How do I get my medication?
If you want medication to be delivered to you, a quotation will be given, upon confirmation and payment, our logistics company will deliver to your preferred address.
Or an E-Prescription will be provided to you to get your medications in the nearest Pharmacy.
